I have been in sales and marketing since 1986. In 1999 a career and life shift occurred and he began to coach and train small business owners and hasn’t looked back since. Since then, I have taught over 1500 clients through various government sponsored and for profit small business development training initiatives and programs. I have had the pleasure of speaking at conferences, trade shows and business networking groups. I love to speak and I really pride myself on having fun, engaging and empowering those I teach and coach. I believe that when you come from the heart and soul you will never go wrong.

Today, I am a business coach and facilitator working with new business start-ups via the Ontario Self Employment Benefit program in Whitby and for the past few years I launched and led the Entrepreneurship Training Programs for Newcomers to Canada at the Learning Enrichment Foundation. I have worked on "Green Business Forums for Newcomers" with Future Watch a leading Environmental learning organization in Toronto. I have business relationships in both the non profit and for profit business organizations as well, such as Microskills Women’s Entrepreneur Program, The Vaughan Business Enterprise Centre, The Summer Company Program for youth, Youth Employment Services and the Business Advisory Centre Durham. I had the great pleasure of hosting and producing the Small Business Big Ideas Radio Show, starting it from scratch 8 years ago (August 17th, 2002) on CKDO 1580 AM and 107.7 FM in Oshawa. I have recently re-launched the radio show online on Radio That Doesn’t Suck dot com in May 2011 and have a business book forthcoming.
