The Vision:
The Technicolour Umbrella is building a learning and development company that helps small business owners learn, grow and succeed.We will be based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and do business in the GTA for now, but are not opposed to reaching clients in Canada, the United States and worldwide.
The Technicolour Umbrella is a consulting training company that will focus on the SME marketplace. Our key client sectors include, the "Green Business Market", "Social Purpose Enterprises", the Holistic Practitioners market and third party associations that are in touch and talking to Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SME's).
Our core focus will be to market and sell training, coaching and development programs with the key emphasis on providing "Creative Growth Strategies" for our clients.
The Technicolour Umbrella will offer learning and coaching services and products to small business owners that will help them in growing their business, loving what they do and succeeding on their terms.
We want to be that go-to-guide that small business owners can rely on for information, ideas, tips, tools and fee for service coaching, learning and events.
The Mission:
Our primary aim is to provide learning; coaching and business development programs that will help the small to medium sized business owner grow their business and live life powerfully.The Technicolour Umbrella exists to serve small business owners and to help them succeed and grow their ventures. Small business really is the engine of the economy and our company wants to be there to work towards our client's success. The motto; "We succeed when our clients succeed" is central to what we are about. We are focused on giving value-add learning and coaching services and products to our clients.

THE WORKSHOPS AND PROGRAMS
PRODUCTS and SERVICES:Technicolour Umbrella is a coaching, learning and consulting company. Our services include, 5-6 key training programs, followed up by a back end suite of tele-coaching classes/workbooks and peer-to-peer study programs to back up the training programs.
We will have products as well and that includes, workbooks, a business book, our business tips e-book and or calendar and our SWIFT charts.
Our products support our training and coaching programs.
Our goal is to speak and lead training programs in our core 5 offering; 1) Marketing Boost, 2) Taking the Cold out of Cold Calling, 3) 8-ways to success-how I got to kiss the Stanley Cup, 4) The SWIFT method for living a business and life in balance and our 5th training program is our E-Circle mastermind team sessions.
Our products will all support these training programs.

One Day Marketing Boost:Marketing your Business - Part 1
In this session you will look at what goes into planning and executing a marketing campaign, what some low cost marketing initiatives you must be taking advantage of and also how you can tap into on line social marketing initiatives. You will also learn about how to position your business and yourself as a “thought leader”, as a business that provides information and value to your clients, prospects and to the market.
Marketing your Business - Part 2
They say that everything you do is marketing. From how you answer the phones, to how you deal with clients and prospective buyers...to how dress and even showing up on time for meetings...everything is marketing! You will learn some marketing basics like the 5 P's of marketing, the promotional mix, and the 3 key marketing strategies every business must have.
Taking the "C" out of Cold Calling
This session will look at the sales process and how you can take the fear out of cold calling. You will understand the power a cold call has and how it actually helps you to a) build business relationships and b) its a terrific way to get market research first hand. We will work on your scripting, targeting the buyers, understanding the cold call process and knowing that it's one key way to develop long term business relationships.
8-Ways to Life and Business Success - How I got to kiss the Stanley Cup:
This is an hour-to hour and a half session keynote. The promise is that take this program will have 8 ways that they can succeed in their business. The key is to inspire and motivate those that take the program and get them to think differently about their life/business. The key to this program is to promote the 6 week tele-class program to follow.
The E-Circles
You finally have a chance to grow your business and learn from others. We offer a program called the E-Circle. It's the Entrepreneurial Circle. A mastermind group…peer learning with guided instructors. It's a new and exciting business building opportunity. Not only will our new E-Circles give you a chance to network with a small and intimate group, the E-circles will be held in a safe and relaxed setting that will foster learning, and the sharing of ideas among a group of your peers. It's an exciting concept in learning and business development.
Each E-Circle will have a group leader, who will be an expert in the nuances of running a small or medium sized business and will facilitate each E-Circle team. Each group leader will have training in helping to run or have worked hand in hand with the owner(s) of a small/medium sized business.
The leader will guide the E-circle team along and get ideas flowing, challenges discussed and worked on and commitments and accountability in place.
In fact, your assigned E-Circle team leaders understand the unique challenges and rewards of being your own boss.
