E-Circles

E-CIRCLES:

You finally have a chance to grow your business and learn from others. We offer a program called the E-Circle. It's the Entrepreneurial Circle. A mastermind group…peer learning with guided instructors. It's a new and exciting business building opportunity. Not only will our new E-Circles give you a chance to network with a small and intimate group, the E-circles will be held in a safe and relaxed setting that will foster learning, and the sharing of ideas among a group of your peers. It's an exciting concept in learning and business development.

Your own E-Circle team will meet once a month for six months of the year in person with an option to continue. There will be an option to renew or extend additional months as well, but you must commit to six months in order for the group dynamic to form and mesh. Each group will consist of members from different business types, so that no two members are in direct competition with one another.

There will be a group leader, who will be an expert in the nuances of running a small or medium sized business and will facilitate each E-Circle team. Each group leader will have training in helping to run or have worked hand in hand with the owner(s) of a small/medium sized business.

In fact, your assigned E-Circle team leaders understand the unique challenges and rewards of being your own boss.

Meetings will be no more than three hours in length and we will have locations in both Toronto and Durham. Cost per session, which includes materials, is $119.00 per month.

We are also doing E-Circles by phone!

The phone format is somewhat different. It's an eight-week coaching telephone call once a week for an hour a week. Two facilitators will guide these telephone sessions. We are going to hold you to task as well. There will be homework and communication (journaling) to be done each day. If the homework doesn't jazz you up then the results in your business will.

Just knowing you can meet on the phone with like-minded peers to help you get to the next level is kind of comforting. It's also holding you accountable to getting the results you want to see in your business…
